These terms explain the rules for using budd7.com, including our AI chat assistant Natasha and any free tools on the site. By using the website you accept these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.
These terms cover the website only. If you hire us for a project, that work is covered by the proposal and terms of business we send you, which take priority over anything on this page.
2. Who We Are
budd7.com is run by Richard Leonard, a sole trader trading as BUDD 7. We are based in Healing, Grimsby, North East Lincolnshire, United Kingdom.

When these terms say "we", "us" or "our", they mean BUDD 7. "You" means the person using the website.
3. Who This Website Is For
This website is for businesses, and for adults aged 18 or over who are looking into AI, web design or drone services. It is not designed for children.
If you are under 18, please don't use Natasha or send us your personal details. If we find out that we hold personal information from someone under 18, we will delete it.
4. Using the Website
You are welcome to browse, read and share our content. When you use the site, please don't:
- Use it for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful
- Try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server or any connected system
- Introduce viruses or other harmful code, or try to disrupt or overload the site
- Use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to copy content or flood our forms and chat
- Send abusive, threatening, offensive or sexual messages through our forms or chat
- Try to make Natasha or our tools ignore their instructions, reveal how they are set up, or produce content unrelated to BUDD 7
We may block access, end a chat or refuse an enquiry if we believe these terms are being broken.
5. Natasha, Our AI Chat Assistant
Natasha is an AI, not a person. Her replies are written automatically by an AI model, and Richard does not check each one before you see it. She is there to answer general questions about BUDD 7 and to pass enquiries on to Richard.
When you chat with Natasha, please bear in mind:
- Her answers are general information, not professional advice. Don't rely on them for legal, financial, tax, data protection or technical decisions without checking first.
- AI can get things wrong. It can misunderstand a question or state something incorrect with confidence. Check anything important with us directly.
- Nothing Natasha says forms a contract, a quote or a promise. Prices, timings and scope are only agreed in writing by Richard.
- Please don't share passwords, payment details, health information or other people's personal details in the chat.
Chats are saved so we can follow up. Our Privacy Policy explains how chat records are handled and how long we keep them.
6. Free Tools
From time to time we offer free tools on the website, such as our CV Builder. They are provided free and as they are, without any guarantee that they will be available, error-free or suitable for your purpose.
You are responsible for checking anything a tool produces before you use it. That matters most where AI is involved, because it can misread or leave out information.
7. Our Content
Our blog posts, guides and other content are general information, written to help small businesses understand AI and the web. They are accurate to the best of our knowledge when published, but AI tools, prices and regulations change quickly, so some details may go out of date. Our content is not tailored advice for your business.
Images on this site are created with AI unless they are marked as a real photo. Natasha, Ruby and Smokey are AI characters created by BUDD 7.
8. Copyright and Intellectual Property
Unless we say otherwise, the content on this site belongs to BUDD 7. That includes the text, images, designs, code, branding and the Natasha, Ruby and Smokey characters.
You may:
- Share links to any page
- Quote short extracts, as long as you credit BUDD 7 and link back to the original
- Print or save pages for your own reference
You may not copy, republish or sell our content, use our characters or branding, or use our content to train AI models, without our written permission. If you'd like to use something, just ask at hello@budd7.com.

Some pages link to other websites and tools. We include them because we think they are useful, but we don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement unless we say so.
10. Availability and Changes
We aim to keep the website running smoothly, but we can't promise it will always be available or free from errors. We may update, change or remove any part of the site, including Natasha and our free tools, at any time without notice.
We work hard to keep the site secure, but we can't guarantee it is free from viruses. Please use your own up-to-date security software.
