AI Assistants

An AI co-worker for your website

She answers your customers' questions in your voice, takes their details, and books callbacks straight into your diary. At 10pm on a Sunday, if that's when they ask.

The problem

Most enquiries arrive when you can't answer them

Someone lands on your website in the evening with a question you've answered a hundred times. You're on a job, having tea, or asleep. They fill in a form and wait, or more likely they don't, and they try the next business on the list.

A contact form collects a message. It doesn't answer anything, and it doesn't get anyone into your diary.

What she does

A colleague who happens to be software

Trained on how your business actually works, so she answers like someone who works there.

Answers real questions

What you do, where you cover, how you work, what happens next. All from a knowledge base we build with you, not from guesswork.

Books into your real diary

Not a form that says someone will be in touch. She checks your actual calendar, offers times that are genuinely free, and puts the appointment in.

Captures the enquiry

Name, number, and what they wanted. It lands in your inbox and on a simple dashboard, so nothing sits unread in a chat window.

Doesn't clock off

Evenings, weekends, bank holidays. The enquiries that used to go cold overnight get an answer within seconds.

Knows her limits

When she doesn't know something she says so and takes their details, rather than inventing an answer. She never quotes a price you haven't agreed.

Sounds like your business

Her name, her face and her manner are yours, built to your brief. Warm and chatty, or brisk and to the point, whichever fits how you talk to customers.

See for yourself

Meet Natasha

She's ours. She's been handling enquiries on this website since the spring, and she's the same system we'd build for you.

Natasha, BUDD 7's AI co-worker

Ask her something awkward

Ask what we charge, or whether we cover your town, or book yourself a callback and watch it land in a real diary. She'll tell you when she doesn't know.

Two ways to work with us

A one-off setup to build her, then a monthly plan that covers the running of her. The AI usage is included in the monthly, so there's nothing separate to set up or worry about.

Plus

For busier sites, and businesses that change as they go.

£179 / month

£1,750 one-off setup

  • Everything in Standard
  • Email enquiries answered in the same voice, not just website chat
  • A monthly tuning session, using what people actually asked
  • Knowledge base kept up to date as your business changes
  • Priority support
  • 1,500 conversations a month included
Book a chat about it

Three months minimum, then it rolls on monthly with thirty days' notice either way. Pay for a year up front and you get twelve months for the price of ten. Busier than the included allowance? It's £15 per additional 200 conversations, and we'd tell you before it ever appeared on an invoice.

How it works

From conversation to live in about two weeks

You don't need to know anything technical. That's our side of it.

1

We have a proper conversation

Around two hours, in person or over a call. How you work, where you cover, what customers ask you again and again, and what you'd never want said on your behalf. This is the part that makes her good.

2

We build her

Her persona and avatar, her voice, the knowledge base, and the rules that keep her honest. We test her against the awkward questions before you ever see her.

3

You read every word

You get to see exactly what she knows and how she answers, and change anything that doesn't sound like you. Nothing goes live until you're happy with it.

4

She goes live

One line of code on your website and she's there. We handle the install, and we'll walk you through the dashboard so you can see your enquiries.

Reasonable questions

The things people actually ask

She answers from the knowledge base we build with you, and she's told to say she doesn't know rather than guess. That's the honest answer: no AI is perfect, which is exactly why you review every answer before she goes live, why she hands anything uncertain straight to you, and why we keep tuning her. She is never allowed to quote a price or promise a timescale.

She has a set of conduct rules for exactly that. She redirects once, calmly, and if it carries on she closes the conversation down and points them at your email address. She won't take the bait, won't be rude back, and won't save a lead from a conversation that clearly isn't a real enquiry. There are also limits on how many messages one person can send.

Usually, yes. It's one line of code. We just need to check your hosting package can run it first, which takes us a couple of minutes. If it can't, we'll tell you what would need to change before you commit to anything.

No. We handle the technical side and explain everything in plain English. If you can use email, you can use the dashboard.

You do. It's your business's information, written down properly, and you can have a copy of it at any time. Plenty of clients find that document useful on its own, for training new staff if nothing else.

She runs while the plan is active, because the AI usage that powers her is included in it. Stop the plan and she stops answering. No hard feelings, and we'll give you your knowledge base. If you want to understand the options properly before you commit, just ask and we'll talk it through.

Conversations are saved so you can follow up on enquiries, and visitors are told that when the chat opens. Our privacy policy sets out what's collected and how long it's kept. If you have a question it doesn't cover, ask and Richard will answer it directly.

The old ones followed a script and frustrated everybody. This one understands what's being asked and answers it, and more to the point it books appointments into a real diary. That's the bit most website chat still doesn't do.
